Donda Daniels is a Course Creation Expert and GTM Learning and Development Manager with over 20 years of experience in teaching, coaching, training, and sales. Currently, at Blooming Brilliance Consultants, Donda specializes in creating impactful course content grounded in adult learning theory and instructional design. At Vehlo, Donda manages the Content Management System and Learning Management System, enhancing training resources for auto service and sales professionals. Previous roles include Sales Trainer and Account Executive at Renaissance Learning, where Donda designed and delivered sales training, as well as served as an elementary interventionist at Portage Community School District. Donda holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and certifications from The Life Coach School.
