Kathrine Løvlimo

Kathrine Løvlimo has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kathrine most recently served as the VP Head of HR Center of Expertise - Strategic HR Development at Veidekke Norge, starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Head of HR at Veidekke Entreprenør AS, where they led strategic and operative HR in two business units. Kathrine also worked at Aibel as a Senior Advisor in Learning and Development, focusing on organizational strategy, project management, leadership development, and more. Additionally, they held the role of Head of HR at FINN.no and held various positions at Telenor Group, including Senior Advisor in Organisation and Business Development and Employer Brand Manager. Their responsibilities at Telenor included international projects, the establishment of organizational structures, project management, and consultancy roles. Overall, Kathrine Løvlimo has demonstrated a strong background in HR and organizational development throughout their career.

Kathrine Løvlimo has a diverse education history. Kathrine obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from The Norwegian School of Information Technology in 2002-2004. Kathrine also completed the first two years of the Bachelor of Science program in Information Technology at the same institution from 1998-2000. Additionally, they pursued executive management studies at BI Norwegian Business School, earning an Executive Master of Management degree in Organizational Psychology in 2007-2008, and another Executive Master of Management degree in Management, HR & Organizational Development in 2014-2015. Kathrine also expanded their knowledge in the field of coaching by becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2011-2012 and a Professional Co-Active Coach from CTI in 2005-2006. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications such as Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Strength Based Coaching from Gallup, Learn Coaching - Fundamentals, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute.
