Jan Engels

Jan Engels has extensive experience in fire safety and emergency response, having worked at Veiligheidsregio Gelderland-Zuid since 2002 as an Instructeur and Bevelvoerder in the repressieve dienst. Previously, Jan Engels served as Hoofdbrandwacht with Brandweer Wijchen-Heumen from 1995 to 2004, contributing as a member of the repressieve dienst and specializing in risk management as part of the Team Veilig Bouwen. Jan Engels is also committed to professional development, currently pursuing education at the Instituut fysieke veiligheid, where studies include a degree as a Fire Prevention Officer One, and has additional education at NIFV.
