Cierra Howard

Cierra Howard, MPA, currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Mauldin since January 2022 and as an Intellectual Coordinator Specialist at Dority & Manning, P.A. since August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as an Investigator at the Department of Social Services, where responsibilities involved supervising drug screens and building rapport with victims of violent crimes. Cierra has also held multiple positions at Franklin County Children Services, including Domestic Violence court liaison, Screening Caseworker, Child Welfare Ongoing Case Worker, and Child Welfare Intake Caseworker, focusing on child safety and family support. Cierra's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Central State University, and various certifications, including Certified Adoption Assessor and Municipal Court Judge Certification from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
