Marloes van der Meulen

Marloes van der Meulen currently serves as a Beleidsadviseur HR at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland, focusing on integrity, diversity and inclusion, development of employment conditions, stakeholder management, and team coaching for cultural change. As the owner of a D&I consultancy, ALL INCLUDED & ORG, Marloes guides D&I professionals in policy and strategy development, implementation processes, and personal leadership coaching. Experience also includes roles as a wandelcoach for female professionals, and extensive experience in various HR and legal positions, including Directiesecretaris and Sr. Beleidsadviseur HRM at ProRail, as well as advisor roles at Waternet and Meester Advocaten BV. Marloes holds an LLM in Law from the University of Amsterdam, a post-academic degree in Diversity and Inclusion from Leiden University, and additional certifications in coaching, labor law, and Lean management.
