Kelly Hansen

Kelly Hansen has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on translating business objectives into organizational solutions. Kelly currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of People and Culture at VEIT since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at VEIT from January 2022 to December 2022. Kelly also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Park Industries from January 2015 to December 2021, where they were responsible for various aspects of HR including compensation, benefit strategy, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Before that, they owned and worked as a Maximum Impact Consultant at Maximum Impact Consulting Group, LLC from January 2010 to December 2021. Additionally, Kelly has held leadership positions at Coborns, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources from November 2011 to December 2014, Creative Memories as a Senior HR Business Partner/Engagement Leader in 2011, Essilor of America as a Human Resources Business Partner from October 2004 to May 2011, Sand Companies, Inc. as a Human Resource Manager from May 2002 to September 2004, and Quebecor World as a Human Resource Representative from May 2000 to May 2002.

Kelly Hansen completed a Masters in Management at The College of St. Scholastica from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management from St. Cloud State University between 1996 and 2001. Additionally, Kelly received their high school education at Eveleth-Gilbert High School. As for certifications, they obtained membership in the SHRM Executive Network from SHRM Executive Network in April 2023. Kelly also holds a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst certification from TTI Success Insights. However, the exact dates of when they obtained their other certifications, such as PHR, SHRM-CP, and TTI Success Insights 12 Driving Forces, are unknown.
