TERRY GRAY

Terry Gray has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. TERRY served as the Chief Financial Officer at Vela since 2018 and at OptionsCity Software, Inc. from 2013 to 2017. In these positions, they provided strategic financial leadership and managed various aspects of the organizations. Prior to that, Terry worked as the Chief Financial Officer & Project Manager at Park Avenue Media LLC from 2012 to 2013, where they oversaw financial operations and project management. TERRY also held the role of CFO & VP Partnerships at Logical Information Machines, Inc. from 2002 to 2010, where they were responsible for financial and administrative functions. Additionally, Terry worked as the CFO & Consulting Manager at Starsight Technologies/Gemma International from 1988 to 2001, overseeing ERP system implementations. TERRY began their career at Price Waterhouse, where they served as an Audit Manager, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant from 1978 to 1985.

Terry Gray attended Michigan State University from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting. Afterwards, in the same year, Terry pursued further education by obtaining a CPA certification in Illinois.
