Betsy Bloomer

Betsy Bloomer currently serves as the Director of Communications and Strategy at Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO), a position held since January 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Green Mountain Power, where Betsy worked from June 2013 to January 2019, and served as the Executive Director of the Vermont Disaster Relief Fund from January 2012 to May 2013.
