Valentin Vodev

Valentin Vodev is an entrepreneur and designer based in Vienna, Austria. Valentin has been in the design industry since 2007 when they founded their own studio. Their clients include Absolut Vodka, Barbican Art Centre, BASF, Conform, Mothercare, Tetra Pak, Villeroy & Boch, and Vienna Insurance Group. Valentin has also collaborated with the architect and designer Ron Arad and the British designer Sebastian Conran. In 2015, Vodev founded VELLO Bike, a company that is redefining mobility in cities. Since its foundation, the company has grown to become one of the world’s most cutting-edge folding bike makers. VELLO Bike has won several prestigious design awards, including the Red Dot: Best of the Best Bicycle Design, and has expanded its retail network across the globe.

Valentin Vodev holds a MA RCA from the Royal College of Art in Design Products, as well as a Mag. Art. from the Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien in Industrial Design.
