Susan McDonough

Susan McDonough currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Velocity Global, where responsibilities include driving global talent management solutions across 185+ countries. Previously, Susan held the role of Chief Transformation Officer at Velocity Global, leading strategic initiatives and operational scaling. With extensive experience at Workday from 2019 to 2022 as Vice President of Enterprise Programs, Susan focused on transformational programs and integration of acquired businesses. At Cisco, Susan held various leadership positions over nearly two decades, notably as Vice President of Customer Experience and Chief Operating Officer for Advanced Services, driving significant business transformations and growth. Additional experience includes a finance management role at The Clorox Company. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University in Kinesiology.
