Vanessa Chau is an accomplished compensation professional with extensive experience in global compensation and total rewards. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Compensation at Velocity Global, Vanessa has also held senior roles in compensation at Harness and Opendoor, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of compensation programs. Prior experience includes a Sr. Manager position in Global Compensation at Twitch and a Manager role in Global Total Rewards at Ooyala.
