Lori Morris is currently the VP of Human Resources at Velocity medtech, a role they have held since April 2023. Lori Morris, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2018. Lori also studied Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems at Washington State University - College of Business and Economics from 2008 to 2011. In 1998, they received a diploma in Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Everett Community College. Additionally, Lori has acquired additional certifications such as the White Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2020, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in February 2020 from SHRM, and the Permaculture Design Certificate from Bullock's Permaculture Homestead in 2013.
