Randy Copeland

Randy Copeland has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Randy is the President, CEO, and Founder of Velocity Micro, a company they established in 1998 to build CAD workstation systems for the kitchen/bath design industry. Prior to this, Randy founded Smart Interiors/KEC Associates in 1992, which started as a manufacturer's rep agency and grew to become a full-service contracting company offering kitchen and bath solutions. In 2013, they established Oasis America, LLC, a consulting company that assists foreign and US firms with product design, sales, marketing, and logistics. Randy also has experience in real estate management as the President and CEO of JWD Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Regional Account Manager for Masco Corporation, responsible for territory sales of Starmark Cabinetry, and as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Colonial Marble Products, Ltd., where they achieved significant sales growth.

Randy Copeland attended Longwood University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
