Randy Schultz

Randy Schultz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and network operations, currently serving as the Network Operations Center Team Leader at Velocity Network since 2003. In this role, Randy supervises and mentors the Technical Support staff while focusing on a variety of connectivity issues, including dial-up, DSL, cable, wireless, fiber, and T1. Prior experience includes a Technical Support position at Stargate Industries, where support was provided for similar connectivity and software issues. Randy's career began with an internship at Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit 5, where database applications were modified, and VBA programming was utilized. Additionally, installation work for communication systems was performed as an Installation Technician at Levco Communications from 1995 to 2000. Randy holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Management, with a Human Resource Management option, from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
