Brent Bowles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical analysis, customer success, and business management. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst and Customer Success Analyst at Velocity, A Managed Solutions Company, since June 2018, Brent plays a crucial role in managing telecommunications projects. Previously, Brent founded and led BB Wireless Solutions, LLC. as Owner & CEO from November 2011 to April 2018, focusing on eCommerce sales and customer support. Additional experience includes roles as Fleet Dispatcher/Office Coordinator at Arrow Wrecker & Towing Services, Inc., and Shift Commander/Dispatch Officer at American Security/American Professional Services, along with being an Account Executive at American Telecom & Technology. Brent holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University and completed a College Preparatory program at St. John's Jesuit High School & Academy.
