Niklas Pearce

Niklas Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Niklas began their career as a Book Sales Associate at Photo Eye Bookstore in 2004. Niklas then worked as a Photographer at Sotheby's from 2009 to 2010. In 2008, they took on the role of a Photographer's Assistant at Flipside Studios, Inc., where they assisted with various photography productions. In 2011, Niklas co-founded and became the Co-Owner, Administrator, and General Manager of Cykel, a family-owned bicycle shop in San Francisco. Niklas handled all founding tasks, general management, administrative duties, bicycle fittings, and mechanic services. After leaving Cykel in 2017, Niklas became the General Manager of Contrada Bikes, where they were responsible for day-to-day shop operations, inventory management, repairs, and bicycle sales. In 2018, they joined the velofix Group of Companies as the General Manager and Co-Owner, utilizing their expertise in managing and growing the business.

Niklas Pearce obtained their BFA in Photography from Santa Fe University of Art and Design between the years 1999 and 2004. Niklas then furthered their education by pursuing an MFA degree in Photography at the Academy of Art University from 2005 to 2008.
