David Emery

David Emery is currently the Chief Architect at Velonetic since September 2022. Prior to this role, David held positions such as Senior Solutions Architect at Provenir, where he was responsible for creating and implementing proposals for retail website development and integration. With a background in technology and product development, David has also worked as a Technology and Product Development Director at No Place Like, establishing a start-up company in the B2C retail market. David's experience includes roles such as Technical Authority Team Manager at John Wiley and Sons and Development Team Lead at Blackwell Publishing, showcasing his expertise in designing and managing large-scale projects. He began his career as a Senior Web Developer at Ecom5 and Technical Systems Specialist at Electronic Data Systems, utilizing his technical skills to create innovative business solutions. David holds a BSC in IT & Computing from Lancaster University and a BNC in Business and Finance from Blackpool and The Fylde College.
