Jordan Ross

Jordan Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Office Manager at Urban Markets until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Server at Romano's Macaroni Grill. In 2006, Jordan was self-employed before joining Spectrum Healthcare Resources in 2007 as a Credentials Supervisor. At Spectrum, they supervised credentialing for over 50 U.S. Military Treatment Facilities and managed a team of credential coordinators. In 2011, they joined BJC HealthCare as a Credentials Verification Analyst and stayed until 2015. Currently, Jordan is the Director of Operations at VeloSource, a position they have held since 2015.

Jordan Ross completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Columbia College Chicago from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Webster University from 2004 to 2005.
