Jed Rust

Jed Rust has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and positions.

Jed began their career at Graphic Packaging International as an Engineering Assistant, where they developed PLC code, worked on manufacturing equipment interface systems, and researched equipment proposals and suppliers.

Jed then joined Molson Coors Beverage Company in an Engineering Services role, where they managed productivity and safety projects, developed a Gantt chart for a $19MM project, and built a data analysis tool to optimize plant tooling costs.

Following that, Jed joined Precision Castparts, where they held multiple roles in their Management Development Program, including Back End Supervisor, Financial Analyst, Production Planner, New Product Engineer, and Process Engineer. Jed also served as an Area Manager, Front End Supervisor, and Continuous Improvement Manager, leading over 100 employees in 11 production and support departments.

Jed then moved to ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. as Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Quality Manager. Jed was later promoted to General Manager, overseeing a plant turnaround in a post-acquisition climate. Jed then became a Senior Vice President, initiating problem-solving solutions across multiple manufacturing facilities, and finally, they became the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing manufacturing facilities in the US and Europe.

Jed'smost recent role is at Veloxint, where they serve as a Director on the Board of Directors. In this role, they were recruited to oversee due diligence and valuation on a majority shareholder purchase. Jed collaborates with the CEO on commercialization and IP strategy for emerging nanotechnology products and shaping foundational operation infrastructure.

In 2023, Jed will join Quadrant Management as the Managing Director.

Jed Rust attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they hold a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from Precision Castparts, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
