Noel Barnard

Noel Barnard is currently the VP, Legal and General Counsel at Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Noel previously served as the Senior Director of Legal Affairs at the same company. Prior to Veloxis, Noel worked as an Assistant Counsel at Chiesi USA, Inc. and as a Consultant at Cornerstone Therapeutics Inc. Noel's legal experience also includes research assistant work at the University of North Carolina School of Law. Noel has a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BSBME in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
