Mike Furness

Mike Furness has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the technology industry. Mike is currently working as a Delivery Director at Velrada since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Civica Asia Pacific, where they held various positions including Product Specialist, Head of Product, and Solution Owner from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Civica Asia Pacific, Mike worked at Civica for many years, starting as a Senior Project Manager in 2002 and progressing to roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Product Manager, Programme Manager, and finally Product Director from 2006 to 2016.

Mike Furness attended Sprowston High School in Norwich from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2022.
