Kristian Ekknud Justesen has been with VELUX since 2001 and currently holds the position of Vice President Product Introduction. Throughout their career, Kristian Ekknud has held various managerial roles such as Adm. Direktør/General Manager, Factory Manager, Production and Lead Manager, Production and Flow Manager, Production Manager, and Value Stream Manager in both wood and cladding production. Additionally, Kristian Ekknud has extensive experience in Performance Management and Change Management to improve KPI's within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People. Kristian has a strong educational background, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School with specializations in Leadership & Change, Strategic Innovation, Finance, and other areas.
