Matthias Mager

Matthias Mager is an experienced executive in sales and market management, currently serving as Vice President Market Germany and Geschäftsführer Vertrieb at VELUX since August 2012. In this role, Matthias is a senior market director and a member of the management team for the D-A-CH region. Prior to VELUX, Matthias worked at Hilti Deutschland AG from January 2004 to July 2012 in various leadership roles, overseeing sales teams in multiple regions and industries, including construction and HVAC. Matthias also has a background in training and development, having served as an HR Development Vertriebstrainer. Matthias began their career as a Verkaufsberater and Project Manager at GSU mbH. Matthias holds a master's degree in European Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University, completed between 2002 and 2003.
