Ron Rexroad

Ron Rexroad is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Sr Project Manager at Velvet Taco since August 2019, Ron has previously held senior project management roles at Zoes Kitchen from 2014 to September 2019, and at Frontburner from March 2011 to October 2014. Additionally, Ron managed multiple construction projects at Picture People from May 2008 to October 2011 and acted as owner-representative project manager for Buca di Beppo from February 1999 to March 2008. Ron's expertise includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle from entitlement through construction, ensuring compliance with design, schedule, and budget parameters. Education was completed at Laniphier High from 1974 to 1978.
