Henrik S.

Henrik S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Henrik is currently working as a Founding Software Engineer at Velvet since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Software Development Engineer II at Warner Bros. Discovery from April 2022 to March 2023, and at Discovery Inc from February 2022 to April 2022. Before joining these companies, Henrik worked as a Software Engineer via Omegapoint at SVT from March 2019 to February 2022, where they focused on the development of microservices within the Video on Demand (VoD) streaming domain, mainly using Kotlin and Java11. Henrik also worked on ReactJS projects. Henrik started their career as a Consulting Software Engineer at Omegapoint from August 2018 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Junior Software Engineer at Kronans Apotek for a brief period from September 2018 to December 2018, where they worked on a proof of concept project for an Internal API using AWS. Henrik's work experience also includes being a Master Thesis Student at Findwise AB from January 2018 to June 2018, and a Bagage Handler at Aviator Airport Alliance AB from May 2015 to August 2016.

Henrik S. completed their education at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Henrik first pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 2013 to 2016. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their academic journey and obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution. This particular program spanned from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Henrik also obtained two additional certifications. In February 2019, they became an Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 8 Programmer I after completing the relevant course at Oracle. In January 2019, they also obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services.
