Truman Tang has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Truman currently holds the position of VP Customer Lifecycle & Community Marketing at Vena Solutions, which they started in September 2021. Prior to this, Truman was the Principal & Founder of TRU Group from November 2017 until September 2021.

At Influitive, Truman led a team of four and was responsible for customer acquisition and retention strategies.

From 2010 to 2012, Truman worked as a Digital Community Manager at Global. During their tenure, they successfully launched one of the UK's largest online media community properties. Truman was responsible for driving web traffic through content, social media, and community campaigns. Truman also introduced a loyalty engagement program that significantly increased engagement rates.

Truman's work experience also includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at Vision Critical from May 2009 to October 2010, where they managed thriving communities and panels for global entertainment, gaming, and media clients. Truman successfully grew community accounts worth over $2 Million.

Before joining Vision Critical, Truman worked as a Social Media Marketing Consultant at Sum Creative from October 2008 to May 2009. At Sum Creative, they led the development and management of web properties, relationships with bloggers, and social media channels. Truman's strategies resulted in a 25% increase in qualified leads from content marketing and social media.

Truman's early career includes positions such as Account Coordinator at Wasserman + Partners Advertising in 2007, and Account Coordinator at Identica Design from February 2007 to April 2007. At Identica Design, they assisted with the launch of two multi-million dollar brands through extensive market research and competitive analysis.
