Keith Cowan

Keith Cowan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Keith currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Rivada Networks, where they oversee the transformation of wireless networks into markets. Prior to this, Cowan was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Venadar, a corporate growth firm that facilitates collaborations between corporate clients and emerging companies. Keith also founded and led Cowan Consulting Corporation as the CEO. During their time at Sprint Corporation, Cowan held the position of President - Strategic Planning and Corporate Initiatives and played a crucial role in strategic planning, corporate development, and joint ventures. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at BellSouth Corporation, where they were responsible for strategic planning, corporate development, marketing, product management, and network field operations. Cowan started their career as a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP.

Keith Cowan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science. Keith then pursued their legal education at the University of Virginia School of Law from 1979 to 1982, obtaining a JD degree.
