Adolfo Couso de Tellechea

Adolfo Couso de Tellechea has over 20 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and management roles. Adolfo started their career as the Finance Director of AIESEC, an international students association, where they gained experience in finance and business management. Adolfo then worked as a Management Trainee at Pizza Hut before joining The Disney Store as a Sales Associate. Adolfo later joined Mancomunidad Beturia as a Human Resources Project-Marketing Specialist, where they designed communication campaigns for local-area development. Adolfo then became a Controller at Instituto de Fomento de Andalucía, analyzing expenses and CAPEX for companies granted with EU subsidies. Adolfo also worked as a Project Manager for Mancomunidad Islantilla, overseeing a European project to promote touristic development. Adolfo then joined UNIVERSIDAD DE HUELVA as a Human Resources Management Professor and later worked at IFES Instituto de Formación y Estudios Sociales as a Business Management Trainer, delivering over 5000 hours of training. Adolfo's next role was at ANTONIO ESPAÑA S.L. as a Finance and Change Manager, where they were responsible for the accounting department and financial statements production. Currently, Adolfo is working at Venator Materials Plc as the Finance Business Process Owner and Country Accountant, managing financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, and statutory accounts for multiple legal entities.

Adolfo Couso de Tellechea holds a Master's Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the Universidad de Sevilla. Additionally, they pursued further education in the field of Human Resources, obtaining a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from Avado in the years 2015 to 2017. Adolfo also acquired a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD Qualifications during the same time period.
