Adolfo Couso de Tellechea has over 20 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and management roles. Adolfo started their career as the Finance Director of AIESEC, an international students association, where they gained experience in finance and business management. Adolfo then worked as a Management Trainee at Pizza Hut before joining The Disney Store as a Sales Associate. Adolfo later joined Mancomunidad Beturia as a Human Resources Project-Marketing Specialist, where they designed communication campaigns for local-area development. Adolfo then became a Controller at Instituto de Fomento de Andalucía, analyzing expenses and CAPEX for companies granted with EU subsidies. Adolfo also worked as a Project Manager for Mancomunidad Islantilla, overseeing a European project to promote touristic development.
