Jason Brockenbush

Jason Brockenbush has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of financial reporting, operations control, and accounting special projects. Jason is currently serving as Senior Manager of SEC Financial Reporting at Venator Materials Plc since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller of Operations at Alpine Energy Capital, LLC from August 2018 to April 2021. Jason also had a role at Dynegy from May 2017 to August 2018, where they served as the Lead Fair Value and Technical Accounting Analyst and later as the Accounting Special Projects Manager - Fair Value and Technical Accounting. Before joining Dynegy, Jason worked at KPMG from September 2008 to May 2017, where they held the position of Senior Manager.

Jason Brockenbush attended Texas A&M University from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Jason Brockenbush holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, awarded by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
