Phil Renshaw

Phil Renshaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Phil is currently working as a Site Engineering Manager at Venator Materials Plc since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vertellus from November 2018 to April 2022, holding the position of Engineering Manager. Phil also worked at LLWR Ltd as the Lead System Engineering & Asset Manager from July 2015 to November 2018. Before that, they served as the Maintenance functional support manager at Sellafield Ltd from October 2013 to July 2015. In May 2013, they worked at ITS as a Technical Author, responsible for the successful delivery of various documents. Phil'sextensive work experience also includes a notable tenure in the British Army, where they served as an Engineering/Operations Manager for over 24 years, managing diverse personnel, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Phil Renshaw's education history includes various qualifications in engineering, management, and project management. In 2001-2002, they attended the School of Aeronautical Engineering and earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a MCGI (Leadership and Management) from City and Guilds. In 2013, they furthered their expertise by completing the APMP (IPMA) Project Management Professional certification from IPMA.
