Shamini Rajadurai

Shamini Rajadurai has extensive experience in compliance investigations, audit, and internal controls. Shamini is currently the Director of Internal Audit & Internal Controls at Venator Materials Plc since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Huntsman Corporation from 2005 to 2016, holding various roles including Senior Manager of Compliance Investigations and Audit, Ethics & Corporate Compliance Regional Manager, and Senior Corporate Internal Auditor. Shamini also worked at KPMG as an Associate from 2002 to 2005, where they were involved in enterprise-wide risk management, internal audit, and corporate governance services.

Shamini Rajadurai completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in International Business from Northumbria University in 2001. Additionally, in June 2006, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors.
