Willy Faye has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Willy started their career as a Sergeant in the Mountain Infantry of the Armée de Terre, serving from October 1994 to August 1995. After completing their military service, they worked as a Controller at Locau International, a trader company specializing in stationery, from January 1996 to March 1999.

In April 1999, Willy joined Fonderie du Poitou Fonte, a cast iron foundry, as a Controlling Manager and later became the Finance Manager. Willy handled responsibilities such as controlling department, accounting, juridical matters, insurances, and IT. Willy worked at the company until June 2007.

From June 2007 to December 2014, Willy worked at Plastipak Packaging, Inc. as the Finance Manager for France. Willy later became the Finance Director for the country. Willy played a key role in merging two companies into a single entity, as well as centralizing the accounting department in the northern region. Plastipak Packaging specializes in preform injection and blowing containers for various industries.

In December 2014, Willy joined MINAFIN GROUP as a Finance Manager for the Business Unit. Willy was responsible for financial management, custom manufacturing, synthesis, and process optimization. MINAFIN GROUP specializes in the manufacturing of fine chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Following their time at MINAFIN GROUP, Willy worked as a Finance Manager (Transition Management) at IFMAS, a private research company focused on green chemistry. Willy contributed to the development of the industrial sector and the production of bio-based coatings and paints. Willy worked there from October 2015 to April 2016.

Currently, Willy is working as a Finance Manager at Venator Materials Plc, where they oversee financial operations. Their precise dates of employment are not provided for this role.

Willy Faye pursued their higher education from 1989 to 1994 at the Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne. During this period, they obtained a Master 2 degree in Economy, Finance and Management. In addition to this, they also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution.
