Max Rogozinski

Max Rogozinski has a significant amount of work experience in various roles related to defense and communications. Max has worked as a Lead Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton since September 2017, where they advise senior DoD leadership on program and technical analysis for communications programs. Prior to that, they were a Data Analytics Architect at Vencore Inc. starting in August 2017, providing support to PhD level programs at the Office of Naval Research. Max was also a Principal/Senior Analyst at EDC Consulting LLC since September 2015, leading the development of C4 requirements for the US Navy and US Marine Corps. In addition, they have worked as a Program Manager at the Department of the Navy starting in May 2007, where they advised on the development of strategic plans for information management and technology. Max has also owned their own company, MaxxEdge, Inc., since August 1993. Max has experience as a Senior System Analyst at L-3Communications/Engility from May 2008 to September 2015, and as a Senior Analyst/Program Manager at CACI International Inc from May 2007 to May 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Analyst at ACS Services, Inc./TITAN Corporation/L-3COM from October 1998 to May 2007, where they provided advisory support to the Navy Chief Information Officer.

Max Rogozinski earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from West Liberty University, where they studied from 1972 to 1975. Max later pursued a Master's degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, which they completed from 1993 to 1995.
