Yoma James

Yoma James has a wealth of experience in the business world. In 2013, they began working at Lycatel as a Compliance Officer and Operations Team Lead. In 2018, they Co-Founded TROPHME LIMITED. In 2019, they Co-Founded City Vybez and was responsible for bringing a new concept to the Day Party scene. In 2020, they Co-Founded Vendoir and was responsible for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes, developing and implementing growth strategies, and ensuring customers and vendors have a meaningful experience. In 2021, they joined the Generator Board Member at the University of Greenwich and was responsible for inspiring and encouraging students and graduates with new ideas. Currently, Yoma is an Advisory Board Member at Marketplace Risk, the most comprehensive source of education, networking and information sharing for marketplace, sharing, gig, peer-to-peer and collaborative economy startups.

Yoma James has a diverse educational background. In 2020, Yoma completed the Oxford Entreprenuership: Venture Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Prior to this, Yoma earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Small Business Administration/Management from University of Greenwich, as well as a Master of Arts - MA in International Business from the same institution. Additionally, Yoma has obtained certifications from Coursera in Applied Data Science with Python Specialization, Applied Machine Learning in Python, Applied Plotting, Charting & Data Representation in Python, Applied Social Network Analysis in Python, Applied Text Mining in Python, and Introduction to Data Science in Python.
