Jack Richard Barkley has accumulated significant work experience in various executive roles in the real estate and finance industries. From 1974 to 1984, they served as Vice President of Personnel at Sybron Corp/American Hospital Supply Corporation, where they were responsible for compensation, management development, employment practices, and successfully defeating a teamsters' union organization attempt. Jack Richard then moved on to Imperial Bank, where they held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources from 1984 to 2001. Following that, they worked as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Ameriquest Capital Group from 2001 to 2002 and later became the Chairman of Chrisman & Company from 2003 to 2009. From 2009 to the present, Barkley has held executive positions at three different nationwide real estate services companies—PCV Murcor, VRM Mortgage Services, and HighTide Settlement Services—where they have been responsible for various strategic and operational activities, including human resources, facilities management, new business startup strategy, company acquisitions, and general business strategy. Currently, they are retired as of April 2018.
Jack Richard Barkley attended California State University, Fullerton from 1969 to 1972 where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree. Jack Richard later returned to the same university to pursue a degree in Biology and Business, although the specific years of study for this degree are not provided.
