Leigh Gibson has a diverse range of work experience, showcasing expertise in project management, strategic initiatives, and technology development. Leigh began their career as a Lead Program Integrator at General Electric, where they were responsible for integrating an extensive intranet e-business site. Leigh then worked as a Senior Systems/Application Analyst at Computer Horizons, leading a team and implementing an intranet e-business solution. Following this, Leigh served as the Director of Application Development at TaskPoint, where they managed analysis, recommendations, and requirements for new technology solutions.

Leigh also worked at Sentari Technologies as a Senior Consultant, providing project leadership for an intranet-based e-business solution. Leigh later joined Essilor of America as a Senior Business Analyst for data warehousing, developing logical processes and driving standards for data representation. At The Rascal Group, Leigh served as a Project Manager, responsible for analysis, recommendations, and requirements for application development.

In their role as Director of eBusiness at Essilor of America, Leigh was responsible for the overall management of the e-business department. Leigh then joined Romexsoft USA as the Director of Application Development and Chief Technical Architect, overseeing application development and serving as the lead technical architect.
