David Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. David is currently working at Venminder as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead since September 2020. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Venminder from February 2020 to September 2020.

Before joining Venminder, David worked at American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) for 10 years. David's career began at Smithfield Packing in 1992 as a Systems Engineer. David worked there for 6 years and was involved in application development/support, desktop support, process modeling, and administering Novell network. David developed various systems including an Inventory Management system, Cost Accounting Reporting system, and Sales Margin Reporting system.

Lastly, David worked at Smithfield Foods as a Senior Accountant from November 1990 to April 1992.

Overall, David has extensive experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, application development/support, and team leadership.

David Williams earned a Diploma in High School from Gateway Christian between 1983 and 1986. David then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at Old Dominion University from 1986 to 1990.
