Elly Hanna

She started her career in the recruitment industry in 1997 and joined Venn Group in its founding year. Her comprehensive knowledge of the organisation has enabled her to evolve and build a brand that is committed to the core values.

Initially on the sales team she was promoted to Associate Director of the London Public Sector division in 2008 before the move to lead external communications. This front office experience has given the ability to promote the brand and that of the partners, whilst remaining sensitive to the confidential and personal nature of the recruitment process.

Her role covers many streams from supporting frameworks, case study creation, stakeholder reviews, website and social media management and involvement in the Diversity and Inclusion and Social Value strategies.
