Amanda Ward

Amanda Ward has been working in the customer service and sales industry since 2011. Amanda began their career as an Associate Manager of Sales at Schurman Retail Group from 2011 to 2015. Amanda then moved on to 1760335 Ontario Inc D.B.A. Canadastays.com as a Client Experience Manager & Conversions Specialist from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they worked as an Operations Manager & Customer Success Specialist at Setter, a Thumbtack company from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager & Customer Success Specialist at Rose Rocket since 2019 and will soon be transitioning to a Customer Support Specialist at Venngage starting in 2022.

Amanda Ward attended the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Data Science & Analytics. Prior to that, they attended Georgian College from 2010 to 2013, where they studied General Arts & Sciences.
