David Ploucha

David Ploucha is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in powertrain controls and product development. As the Founder of Venshure Test Services since January 2020, David has established a comprehensive vehicle testing services company, specializing in both internal combustion engine and electric vehicle testing. David also serves as the President of Venshure Holdings, where entrepreneurial interests and investment opportunities are pursued. Prior to these roles, David co-founded and led Control-Tec, LLC, focusing on optimizing product development processes, and held the position of Senior Manager at Chrysler, overseeing powertrain systems and transmission software development for nearly two decades. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.
