Charmaine Hollaway

Charmaine Hollaway, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Retirement Plan Services at Tandem HR, a role assumed after the integration of MidwestHR, focusing on a pooled employer plan with over $300 million in assets and aims to grow to $1 billion. With extensive experience in human resources and operations, Charmaine previously held positions such as Managing Director of HR and Benefits at MidwestHR, and Director of Operations at The PANTHEOS Group. Additional roles include Facility Administrator at The McGrath Clinic and Vice President of Operations at Peram Corp. Charmaine also ministers religious ceremonies and has been involved in this capacity since 2000. Charmaine holds an AAS in Medical Facility Management from Moraine Valley Community College.
