Kristina Brooks

Kristina Brooks currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Benefit Sales Operations at Vensure Employer Solutions and has held the position of Division President at Employers' Innovative Network since December 2021. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Kristina has been the President and Insurance Agent at IIS Innovative Insurance Solutions since January 2015. Previously, from November 2005 to September 2019, Kristina was the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at Employers' Innovative Network, managing risk and HR for a professional employer organization with over 200 clients across multiple states. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia State University.
