Ferran Prat

Ferran Prat currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Eugin Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors for ADmit Therapeutics. In addition, Ferran holds the position of Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors for Cube Labs and ZipPrime OÜ, and is a Partner at Ventac Partners. Ferran is also the Chairman and Founder of INDICA LIFE SCIENCES SL and FERO CAPITAL dp SL, and a member of the Board of Directors for Amadix. Recently, Ferran took on the role of Group CEO at Vitro S.A. after previously serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Werfen OEM. Ferran's educational background includes a Master's in Corporate Digital Mindset Transformation from IESE Business School, a Master's in Consultative/Strategic Selling from Columbia University, and other advanced degrees from Copenhagen Business School, EADA Business School, and Universitat de Barcelona in pharmacy and leadership.
