Randy Fogle

Randy E. Fogle, CPA has a vast and extensive work experience in financial and accounting roles. Randy E. started their career at Lloyd, Darner, Guenther & Ellis CPAs in 1978, where they eventually became a partner. Randy E. was responsible for all client tax and accounting needs, as well as new business development. In 1997, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Halesda Holding Co, where they oversaw various financial processes and supported reporting and forecasting. From 2000 to 2011, Randy worked at Swindon Springer & Co, CPAs as an Audit & Accounting Manager, where they performed audits and reviews for government contractors and provided management oversight and mentoring to their team. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Manager at RSM US LLP, specializing in audits and compilations for government contractors. Since 2016, Randy has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ventech Solutions.

Randy E. Fogle, CPA, earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting from Wright State University in 1978. Randy E. obtained their CPA certification from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio in December 1981.
