Marc Pounds

Marc Pounds, CPA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Marc currently serves as the Director of Finance at VenTek International, a company specializing in automated parking and transit payment systems. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Tax and Accounting at Bridgewater Certified Public Accountants, Inc. from 2020 to 2022. From 2009 to 2020, Marc worked as a Senior Manager at Pisenti & Brinker LLP, where they provided tax compliance and planning services, as well as assurance services to not-for-profit organizations and privately held companies. Before that, they held the position of Manager at Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf, LLP, where they provided assurance services and worked with entities to strengthen their internal controls.

Marc Pounds, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara. Marc attended the university from 1997 to 1999.
