Brad Fletcher

Brad Fletcher is the current CSO at Venteur. Prior to this, they were an advisor at Awake Labs from September 2021 to January 2022. Awake Labs is a wearable technology-enabled solution for stress and strong emotions, helping adults with cognitive disabilities. From August 2021 to January 2022, Brad was also with Techstars as a business developer and growth specialist. There, they assisted Accelerator companies with sales strategy, business development, customer acquisition, business model, revenue strategy, monetization, product-market fit, go-to-market, etc. Brad also prepared financial projections/valuations, market analysis and research, due diligence collateral, and pitch deck materials.

In January 2020, Brad started their own consulting firm, Fletcher Startup Consulting. As a consultant, they have helped various startups with sales strategy, business development, customer acquisition, business model, revenue strategy, monetization, product-market fit, go-to-market, etc. Brad has also prepared financial projections/valuations, market analysis and research, due diligence collateral, and pitch deck materials for them. Prior to this, Brad was a venture associate at Utah Valley University: Wolverine Fund from August 2017 to April 2018. Brad was also the sales manager at Xyngular Corporation from February 2017 to February 2020. In January 2020, Brad founded American Viking Strength Co., where they served as the CEO until December 2021.

Brad Fletcher has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance / Political Science from Utah Valley University, and they also attended the University of Utah.

Their manager is Stacy Edgar, CEO. They are on a team with Brandon Molnar - Head of Marketing, Tim Edgar - CTO, and Nicole Nordstrom - Community Architect.
