Daniel N. is an experienced technical writer with a solid background in information development and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Venti Technologies since October 2023, Daniel previously held the position of Senior Technical Content Developer at Grab from July 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at IBM from May 2010 to July 2021, where Daniel acted as a Lead Information Developer for various IBM Security solutions and developed extensive documentation, including installation guides and API references. Before IBM, Daniel managed knowledge management initiatives at GPRO Technologies and contributed to application help and training materials. Daniel holds a Master of Science in International Management from King's College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
