Eleanor Thorp

Eleanor Thorp is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the SVP and Head of Human Resources at Venti Technologies since August 2023, Eleanor is crucial in supporting the company's pioneering efforts in autonomous logistics. Previously, Eleanor held the position of VP and Global Head of HR at CMC Materials from September 2018 to August 2022, where a significant increase in revenue and workforce was achieved during tenure. Prior roles include Head of HR & Recruiting at Sephora Digital SEA, Director of HR for Asia Pacific at Cabot Microelectronics, and Head of HR & Recruiting at Frontier Strategy Group. Eleanor began their career as a Consultant at Whitehead Mann and a Researcher at GKR. Eleanor holds a Master's degree in Classics and Social & Political Science from the University of Cambridge.
