Thomas van Doornmalen

Thomas van Doornmalen is a software engineer currently employed at Vention Technologies since February 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a software developer at VinciTech from June 2019 to February 2023 and was a system programmer at Coosto from October 2016 to May 2019, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-volume scalable spiders and internal tooling. Thomas has also worked as a software developer at HECC Alliance B.V., maintaining a CRM system and building services in PHP and Java, and as an ICT detacheringskracht at OGD ict-diensten, where involvement included various tech support projects. Earlier experience includes a research traineeship at the University of Melbourne focused on ultracold strongly-interacting fermi gases and consultancy in vibration measurements at Eindhoven University of Technology. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics and a Bachelor’s degree in Technische Natuurkunde from Eindhoven University of Technology, along with a Gymnasium diploma from Stedelijk Gymnasium 's-Hertogenbosch.
