Carolyn Shaw CPA ACC CVP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership consulting. Currently serving as the General Manager of Talent Management at Ventora since July 2023, Carolyn previously held the role of Principal Consultant at Inclusionary Leadership from October 2010, providing independent coaching, training, and speaking services. From January 2010 to June 2023, Carolyn was the General Manager of Talent Management at JELD-WEN Australia, leading various centers of excellence in Talent Management, Development, and Acquisition across Australasia. Carolyn's career began at Stegbar, where roles included National Learning & Development Manager and State Financial Controller from 1997 to January 2010.
